Hint: want to really capture a unique fall taste in your drink?

Fig-infused vodka: Combine 1 btl. vodka, 1 lb. figs and 1 vanilla bean in large clean glass jar. Seal and let infuse in cool dark place, shaking every couple of days for up to 2 weeks (the longer the more intense). 3-5 days works if using dried figs. Strain the vodka (we used cheesecloth) and discard the figs and vanilla bean. For an awesome way to use it, go here.
